Well folks, I have a couple of orchards worth. After taking a few days off of school to go home and see the family, things went downhill. My little brother was intentionally hit and totalled his 3 series (he's 17). That was Friday. A few hours ago, my relationship of three years was ended. It was very abrupt and things had been going better than ever. But she was a little put out with me not as wonderful as I could be all the time. So yeah, I've got lots of lemons on my plate and lots of them. Anyone can stop by and pick up a couple of bushels. Well, American Choppers is over. I'm off to bed.

Things will always get better. Keep your chin up! I was in your shoes not too long ago and things did get better. In times like that, I turn to my NSX for support and to put a smile on my face :) You should try and do the same!

one liners, but only for a quick second,

1) Don't waste your time on a woman, who isn't willing to waste their time on you.

2) Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.

3) No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is, won't make you cry

If you are in school in NC, let me guess around chapel hill area, then there are way plenty of beautiful southern honey's that will let you be you and accept the fact that women cant really change the way we are.

Then again, Im old and stuck this way and wont change. Be right with yourself bro and the world will be right with you. An old man that was supposed to be wise told me something like that once.

buddy, I know how that feels. for the past month, i've much much worsttttttttttt. trust me..........MUCHHHH worst!!!!!!

AJ knows what I'm talking about!

Whenever I was sad or upset or lonely on a late weeknight, i would just BLAST that NSX, listening to my favorite band or song and just VTEC it for a good half an hour or so and I instantly felt better! :)

And NC is F-U-L-L of someo of the most B-E-A-U-tiful women in the world!!! :)

Hopefully your little brother wasn't injured.

If so (and I hope that's the case) then you truly have something to be very grateful for.

Spend some time with him and friends that you haven't seen in awhile.

-Jim

Just to add:

We had just purchased a 2004 Navigator a few weeks ago. Just tonight we had parked in front of Lowe's (didn't even have the plates yet) and some @55hole decides to key the whole right side of the car.

It just makes me wonder if I should even get an NSX. The Navigator is no where near as conspicuous as the NSX, and it still got keyed.

I can only hope that karma gets those guys.

Good riddens and I hope you get through this time.

Ravi:eek:

Bummer, sorry to hear about your relationship but X-spdfrk is right. If she won't accept you for who you are, then she's not the one for you.

How did this happen? Care to elaborate?

For a quick picker-upper, spring break is coming up and you could always join kenjiMR in Brazil. ;)

Girls Word:
Things dont end abruptly, they are a long time in comming.
(Although be it mostly unforseen - I garuntee it was no suprise to her)
Sorry :( - the way I see it anyhow
I'll admit a little known "girl" secret.
Girls will stay (almost no matter how bad), untill they have something 'better' to go to. ('better' being total subjective)
Women dont like being alone. Generaly they dont take off or fly unless they know where thy're gonna land.
Personaly:
If she had something to say, or wasnt happy she should have said something, rather than just up and left.

BTW: IS YOUR LITTLE BROTHER OK!?!?!

You mean I could make a hobby out of stealing women from pathetic losers? I could be a playa!

Don't be hatin'.

It is very true...women stay till she has something better. I've seen this from the "better" side many times (ya ya, player this, player that)

Three of my four last girlfriends all turned out to be dating someone and left them when they met me (20 years old with his own business, an NSX, an Xtreme, a Waverunner and I'm not too terrible lookin i guess)

either way, you got alot going for you, i'm sure! you'll bounce back!

Oh and still waiting to hear if your bro is cool

Thanks to all for the kind words, I truely appreciate them. Yes, she is high-maintanence but she was def. worth it. As far as my little brother, he is OK thank the Lord. Here's what happened: He was driving home from getting some Chinese food after school and appraoched a car in the middle of an intersection with his Left blinker on. My brother slowed to abour 25 mph (55 zone) and as soon as he was about 15 feet from the rear bumper of the car, it made a wide right turn and T-boned my brother. It was an old crap-box rusted out Pontiac Firebird ('91 I believe) and claims that my brother totalled his car when his fender was pulled off and my brothers driver's side is non-exsistent. We've hired an insurance investagator type person who says that the guy who hit my brother has a history of these kinds of incidents and that's where we stand now. Again though, my brother was very badly shaken as he has only been driving a short time. He had just gotten his 3 series back from the body shop due to being rear-ended on the way to school one icy morning. I feel sorry for the little guy cause things are just not going his way with his pride and joy BMW. But he is okay and that's what matters. Again, thanks to all for the kind words of encouragment and support. Peace talks have begun and there might be a chance for CTNSupra1 to return to my now ex. Hopefully it'll work out. Thanks to everyone, you've made the greiving process much easier:D

Sorry, but I don't think it is possible to draw any compassion or emotions from a piece of machinery.
I do understand just getting out and driving to help take your mind off things for a little while. Is that what you are trying to convey.
I too hope you bro is alright.

As Brain2by2 mentioned, just getting in my car listening/feeling to the car start up, reversing out the driveway going off to anywhere feels...so damn calming.

Put on your favourite feelgood music on and just drive. Everything else (emotionally) outside is drowned out by the sound of the engine, the feeling of shifting and the vibes of the music. I hate to do the "for those 10 seconds or less, i'm free" thing, but i certainly feel the best, behind the wheel in these (love forlorn) times.

So although the car is not a sentient thing, i do feel that the action gives something to me. So in this respect, i do draw some type of emotion from my machine.:)

Thats so you!
Why dont you see if you can get them to pay for dinner too.
LOL! :D

Hey just out of curiosity:
You mentioned your ex being hearing impaired.
ASL, CASE, LOVE, or SEE?
