but since the added the rear body I dont know why they didnt make the air intake dam bigger to make is useful I would have anyway.
Looks like a Competch lip, Stacy side skirt, Marga Hill Hood, Taitec Wide Rear Fenders.
Not a Stacy skirt or even close to one. That looks like a Lecher's, or a derivative. You can tell because it has the pre '02 lower skirt indent, rear skirt flared point and large vent.
My bad, I always thought Stacy skirt was just like the marga hill skirt with a little flare at the end. I guess I had been reading things incorrectly.

This would be ikons old car prior to it being sold. Comptech modified lip, taitec rear quarters, lechers side skirts, custom widened front fenders etc.
