Also, you should have put a link in this GB to the original thread for ease of reference.

Whipple Kit contains the following?
- 2 horizontal thermal plates/gaskets for between the manifold and heads (replaces the IM gasket)
- 2 vertical thermal shields that mount through the slots in the horizontal plates (I've not seen a picture of this part yet)
- 1 thermal plate/gasket for between the CTSC and manifold

Current CTSC kit is for the manifold plate and the two cylinder head plates.
the vertical shields are possible but not available (due to inherent differences between 3.0 3.2 and OBD 1 and OBD 2 cars)

how much for just the non vvis? i already have the manifold gasket.

You'll need the complete kit if you wish to have the manifold spacer. (other wise it won't fit due to clearance issues)

Also, I believe you charged me 165 euros as opposed to dollars, so I ended up paying you $217.30.

With this kit do i need to use oem gasket? Does it eliminate the need of the gasket? I worry about air leak, thanks.

Kit comes with gasket layer pre attached, (upper and lower)
Gasket layer is 0.25mm thick and sized so it can expand when the manifold is torqued. (just like a headgasket)

Hi guys,

quick update:
Items arrived from the machine shop late friday afternoon, too late to fedex them out, they are now waiting to be picked up by Fedex.

Delivery attempted this AM, so I expect people will receive theirs soon.

Just not me yet since nobody was home to sign for it.
I'll have it delivered to a local FedEx/Kinko's office so I can pick up tomorrow.

Just checked with Fedex on this,
Quite a few already delivered, (some weren't home)

Everyone should now have received there kits now.
