Pole 2 Flag Racing is offering a Group Buy for the front and rear pre-preg (Dry) carbon for $1600/pair. This is a bolt on mod to replace the oem steel bumpers.
The benefits of this mod are not only losing +40lbs. of weight at the far end of the car but also quicken the handling of the car due to a lowered Polar Moment.
You should be able to feel the before and after difference quickly and you should corner balance your car if you have coil overs.
Price per lbs saved is the highest than any other carbon parts on the NSX market and a lighter car is always a faster car.:wink: This mod works for you ALL the time, the down side is you can't see the cool carbon weave easily once its installed.
The front bumper will NOT have the mounting tabs for the front two horns as the NSX has a 3rd horn next to the cruise control box. If you want the lic. plate mounting tabs, its $50 extra.
*Greg TT's car has the Taitac diffuser. FYI, our rear bumper have attachments to bolt on to this diffuser.
We use aerospace h/w ie. nuts and bolts and nutplates of imperial units as metric is hard to get thus more expensive. the tolerances on these are a lot tighter fit than automotive so don't be alarmed if the bolt "seems too tight" to fit.
