Since I just removed my antenna and will now be having a need for it, I just want to know what are some solutions primers have done if they were to cover the hole.

I will not be using the radio and thus will have no need for an antenna.

Mine had a round black plastic plug in the antennae hole when I got it. I installed an S2K antennae, so you can have this plug if you want it. Email me your address and I'll send it no charge. PS, probably weighs 4 grams :>

Someone used a black rubber grommet plug with a clear silicone caulk to seal. Can't find the thread right now.

Navyflydoc has the answer If you can't find rubber, home depot has these plugs in plastic; I believe it was 7/8 or 13/16---they come in white Just paint with oem touchup. It has like slots in the side, must push firmly into hole. Fits so good water doesn't get in Looks flush like his HTH

Thanks to all those who have responded. Now I have many options to choose from.

Excess weight is like dirt under the carpet, I just have to get it out.

Ever since my car and I went on a diet, my car has lost 200+ lbs and I have lost 15lbs.

We are both happy.

Im surprised nobody said use a filler then prime and repaint. Are you just looking for a quick and easy way to fill the hole I guess?

That's what I did. The best solution is to weld in a piece of aluminum, grind it down, then repaint the quarter panel. Of course this is not for the faint of heart, my panel was scratched so I was going to repaint anyways. The filler and aluminum have different coefficients of thermal expansion so you can see a faint outline of the hole if you look closely, but better than having the antenna nub there for sure.

It only looks gray in that pic, it looks just like the oem lip on the front bumper. You can get it from any autoparts store. I used clear liquid nails to glue it on.
