I just used a plastic tube/hose to bleed it as mentioned by Kaz, just be careful to slowly release the pressurised fluid by unlocking the bleeding screw in small angle and not in a full turn... From what I have done recently on my friend's 94nsx imported from UK, it has completely dead ABS...
