There is no cost to be a vendor on NSX Prime. You just need to create a wiki vendor page & link it in your user signature. There is a template you can follow, the link is stickied at the top of the marketplace which will guide you step-by-step. Once you have a wiki vendor page, a link to it in your user signature, you can post feeler & product Q-&-A threads, along w/ any potential group-buy or offering.
