The owner claims this engine has been rebuilt with twin turbos and direct port nitrous. He says a minimum of 600 rwhp is attainable. Sounds like wishful thinking to me, but maybe the NSX aftermarket has evolved since I got out of it in 2000...
I think I recall that conversation. What happened to the 2JZ-GTE IS300 plans?

We should hook up some time. Morgan did a s/c re-install on my NSX a few years ago--nice guy. I've got a Supra now that dyno'd 853 rwhp. You won't forget the ride.

Here are some highlights I put together of a recent import car show in Seattle: http://www.racingflix.com/getvideo.asp?v=86
There is a silver widebody NSX at about the 2:32 mark of the video. Anyone recognize this car? I couldn't get close enough to it to see what mods it has...
There's some sentiment that Cunningham's NSX is a ringer. Yes, it out-dragged a 450 rwhp Z06 on the straights, but that's because Cunningham's exit speeds are greater (due to his great driving). From a stop, I'd place all my money on the Z06 in a race to 1/4 mile.

The Dunlops exaggerated my poor driving skills. I lifted throttle as I was approaching the apex of a turn when I spun the NSX. Performance driving school corrected that habit, but I've tested that same "mistake" in other cars, and did not spin. The physics of mid-engined cars are still a...
This guy is just an amazing driver. I can't get enough of watching him in both the Touring and GT series.
Anyone know the specs on his NSX?
I'm guessing it's a 3.2 liter Comptech S/C'd 6 speed. There's obviously some major weight shaving, huge brakes, and suspension work. But how different...
I had the short gears and the 4:55 R&P. The engine stayed in VTEC most of the time, and was very responsive.
If you drag race, though, the shorter gear ratio puts you in an odd spot in the RPM band as you cross the speed traps.

As a midget, I must actually ride my dog to my NSX' doorsill so that when I dismount him, I am at the proper height of my booster chair.

Wow, that's cool you actually check my page that often. The "kills" section has stayed the same since the Mustang has been down for the past 4 weeks. It blew 3 head gaskets in 300 miles and toasted a clutch. The clutch has been replaced, and a new 347 was just assembled today. It goes in the...
Haha. I'm still trying to locate F@#% face. He took the money I gave him for the Mustang and bought a house in some untraceable location.l
The Mustang blew its third head gasket in 300 miles. I ordered a new 347, which arrived last week. The car should be assembled within 10 days. On...

Anyone familiar with this car or know the specs. This is the quickest I've seen, short of Adam's Surawatari's Frankenstein NSX.

I'd like to see a $6000 turbo kit with high-quality fittings and piping, complete with everything needed to run 400 rwhp on full boost.
