2017 NSX a lemon in beautiful clothes

Ouch - that sounds horrible. I’ve had zero of those issues minus the recall being scheduled. Haven’t heard anything negative from any owners on transmission. You should absolutely lemon law If its been in shop for 150+ days.

    First weekend w/ new car

Appreciate all the nice comments! Took a morning drive today….because I could. To answer a couple questions: Garage ceiling is 9’6” – the Liftmaster 8500 opener freed up lots of space above the lift and I had the garage door track raised, also. Lots of room w/ two low cars… Will post the...

    First weekend w/ new car

After a whole weekend with the car (not much time…) – thought I’d offer my thoughts. A big thanks, again, to porsche37 who pointed me to the dealer where I got the car. First – I highly doubt I’m the target market the Honda execs were thinking of. I’m not independently wealthy and have never...

Clutch pedal starter safety switch thingy--any easy way to replace?

Crazy! There has to be a reason they used (and still do apparently) this design. I'm no engineer - but just the solid pedal with no holes would depress the safety plungers vs. putting a hole in the metal and inserting a plastic button. I must find out the logic....

Clutch pedal starter safety switch thingy--any easy way to replace?

OK - I've spent 35 minutes trying to reach the UPPER clutch plastic thingy but no luck (I've replaced the lower one with a nickel and super glue a long time ago). Please offer instructions on 'Jumping' this switch. Of course, I can't start my car until this is done.

    Name that part

Thanks, Larry - you help with all things large and small. It's a 91 (black/ivory) - I was afraid it might not be possible to get the ivory anymore...

    Name that part

Gracias! That looks like it on the parts diagram. It looks like that's for light tan, though, and I'm looking for Ivory.
