The cluster is $1.3k so it's not cheap to play with. Immobilizer can be cracked or bypassed, that is the simplest, next would be having BCM bypass ELV as there is no start button on ours unless some one would want to go that far and use 2017 remote in their gen1, then the proximity antennas...

I could not find any info on this, but did anyone look in to what will it take to swap 2017 nsx cluster in ours gen1 nsx? It might need the steering wheel, few modules, custom brackets etc.. I don't know the tools on honda/acura market to program clusters but if someone knows good programming...

This is very gray area and if you want to be sure install oil pressure gauge on turbo oil inlet and monitor what you see. On idle it should be no less then 5psi and maximum pressure should not be over 65psi or it will go pass the seal. The only way of knowing is having good monitoring system...
