I had this setup for a long time. It didn't look that bad. Some track day organizers may require "equal" restraints, which may cause some problems if you are running a harness and racing seat on on side and stock seat in the other like I was.

Ditch the pads that came with the Stop Tech's, they aren't very good for the track. The Stoptech kit itself is pretty awesome though. I think it will actually save you money on pads/rotors over the stock setup in the long run.

Seems unusual. I usually experience rear brake wear similar to nsxtasy, about two to one front to rear. How does the car feel on track? Does it seem like the rears wan't to lock first, does the car feel normal under braking? Perhaps check the parking brake to see if it has a bit too much...
