Sounds like he really WAS being scandalous. In which case, he probably wouldn't REALLY want to take things to court because he'd end up being exposed.

Doesn't freedom of speech cover something like this? As in a poster stating their personal opinion on whether they are happy with a company's product or service? If we had more of this type of thing, we'd probably have less rip-offs out there.

I came across a police instructional manual on profiling and of course I just HAD to check it out. It didn't say to profile certain races or ethnicities. It said to profile based on if things matched up or not - i.e. if you see a person with a heavy metal hairdo driving around in a vehicle...

I love those cars! Once in awhile MR2s will come through for sale at the place where I work and I'm always hoping to buy one, but no luck so far because they're usually not in good shape anymore by the time we get them.
