Take the water taxi from the hotel to the north end (they'll tell you how), eat at Giacommos Restaurant (no reservations, you have to wait in line, its worth it). Walk around the north end. See Paul Revere's house. Ride the Duck Boat (great tour, not too cheesy).

Ride is perfect for me. Firm without giving a beating. Definitely well damped. I switched to lower perch after driving it a while, and this made it perceptibly better too.

The combination was recommended by Mitch at Mechanics Direct, who did the work. He does a lot of NSX work.

Zanardi springs and bilstiens

Zanardi springs over Bilstiens, lower perch. Huge improvement in handling (and looks) without being overly harsh.
