Cluster and tailights work now .I ended up going to the junkyard and just snipping similar wires from other Hondas.once home spliced them together with existing wires on car.👍

Thanks for the help that solves it then .didn’t know the running lights were tied into it and could cause all these electronics not to work!my running lights are actually not working ,I’m guessing this nsx was converted to newer gen headlights at one point and wires were cut…there’s the problem...

Another thing to note is previous owner did say he had a shop swap with jdm gears .maybe they did a bad job not sure.car shifts fine though with no issues

Sorry left put that info It is the 92 with no OB and wire throttle.my covers have no gaskets (already orders for both covers) and I had replaced coil/spark plugs after the car wash.I will check the idle control it maybe something got in there and is clogging it?also just cleaned the throttle...
