19" in the front?

To it will rub just as bad or worse. The largest size you should go with in the front is a 19 X 7.5 with a 215/35/18 tire.

A 19 inch wheel in the front will look like S#%T anyway.

Okey, the resond is that i got a deal on some good rims but it is 19" all around.

An 18" Tire can be stretched to fit a 19" Wheel?

Yes 19" in the front does fit. At one point I had 19x8.5 with a 215 35 19 lowered quite a bit on Tein RA coilovers. My fender liners were removed and they did fit and only hit on full lock turning. Not the best option up front size wise, a bit large whereas it was unable to achieve the super low look I love but they did fit and work.
