OK, I need to share this. About 6 months ago, I had a friend (a real car guy) go to the check the car at Novato Ford. Despite earler arrangements, he was given the go around for a whole hour and called me from their parking lots. They kept telling him the car was not ready to show (just as they had told me when I was trying to set a date for his visit). I called them to complain and was told that the car was at the owner's residence. A couple of weeks later, I tried to set another appointment and had to talk to more than 3 different people who ran out of every reason not to set a new visit. I finally gave up.

I saw this car about 6 months ago at Novato Ford. After a careful inspection, I noticed that both rear quarter panels had been removed at some point, and the passenger side quarter panel doesn't align properly with the passenger door.
I would avoid this car if at all possible.
