I just ran a carfax today if you need a copy I can send it. PPI and compression test done on 7/29/2013 by Zahntech in Washington with excellent numbers.

I have some documentations from 2nd owner, first 2 owners were leasing the car. All I've done is oil changed every 5k miles.
