I guess the NSX was a present to myself. After all that electrical engineering homework we all needed to have fun. I've always wanted an NSX and when I found out this was the last year of production I knew it was my last chance to get a new one... so I got it! It's been so much fun!

No, I hardly drive the car. But I've only had it 2.5 month, and it has 1650 miles on it!! I think it's because CA is so big. If I want to go somewhere I consider local it's up to 40 miles away! Just one trip puts 100 miles on the car, and you don't feel like you went anywhere far. For example, I live in Rancho Cucamonga, and I would like to go to the following places:

(One way mileage)
Brea 35 miles
Lagunal Niguel 70 miles
Anaheim 45 miles
Cerritos 60 miles
LAX 80 miles
Santa Monica 75 miles
Pomona 25 miles
Covina 40 miles

All of these places are considered fairly close, but when you drive it it adds plenty of mileage to the car!

I still keep my old 92 Honda Prelude with 192000 miles for most of my trips. The dealers told me they would give me $1000 for the car. You can't even buy a nice laptop computer for that money! And this car takes me everywhere!

I hope to drive the NSX more often though. I just have to get used to using it more often and worrying less about it getting damaged in parking lots etc. I'm sure I'll adapt to it over time.
