I like how the person shooting the video "leaned into" the turns:tongue:

i've played laguna seca thousands of times in forza and gran turismo but they never really give you the full sense of how steep turn 6 leading up to the corkscrew is. i mean damn this video captures it very well.

Same here...and neither game does a good job of showing how steep the drop is on the corkscrew either.

I'm about to have a heart-attack just listening to that beep! lol...

cool video though. still gotta get myself up north to take on that track in person.

that was me in the white 92 right in front of you. Really frustrating that the red one 2 cars ahead was going so slow - was hoping to get a lot more speed and heard that many did. Thanks for the vid just the same.

I was a passenger on this year's parade lap (barely missed the cut to be a driver), but I did drive and videotape last year's. Believe it or not, I have not even shared my video of it...until now!

I don't know if this clip ever got posted... it's shot with a digital camera in video mode so forgive the quality. Oh, and the sound cuts out every now and then... I had to mute some of the stuff we were saying.

James, thanks for posting up the video clip. Now I see why people need tracking school:smile:. Hope the two cops didn't mind when I was zooming by them and up to 80mph at some straightaway.
