215/40/16 sub for 215/45/16 tires?

I need some advices regarding substituting tires with lower height for the front set of tires.

I have a 95 NSX-T with OEM front tires of 215/45/16. I'm thinking of getting a set of 215/40/16 instead, which is just a little bit lower.

Will this substitution cause any problems? Thanks for your help.

Here's a tire size calculator. You need the size of the rear's also.
