A/C Heat, Defrost Malfunctioning- How do I fix?

I have a '91 NSX and recently, the A/C, defrost heat etc (whole dash unit) just shuts off and cannot be turned back on. Then, I'll start driving and it will flicker back on, everything will work and then it will die again.

Yes, the capacitors are failing. BrianK is your man.
