a/c not turning on FIXED!!
when entering a parking lot earlier this week, the front end tapped the ground a little bit. i started hearing a slight clicking sound up front almost as if one of the condensor fans was tapping something. later that day when i turned on my a/c it didn't blow cold at all. it almost seemed as if the condensor didnt turn on because the car didnt seem to be under additional load. i'm going to head out to the garage later this afternoon w/ the shop manual in hand to run the self-diagnosis procedure. but is there something else i should visually look at even before then (e.g. sensor(s), fuses, etc.)?

UPDATE: after inspection it appears that the condensor fans were not turning on. the condensor fan relay was the part that failed.
