Anyone know how prompt AcuraPartsforLess is? Placed an order last week and have no status on it. Called and no one picked up. Anyone had experience on them know how long they usually take?

I called twice and both time someone picked up. They are based in NJ so unless they have to get the parts from Japan (which they did for me), they were pretty fast shipping it out to me.

Bumping an slightly thread, but I placed an order with them on 3/9. I've called them 5-6 times this week during eastern time business hours, emailed them twice, and even messaged them through their facebook page. No response. Order just says "On Order" with no ETA.

It's for a crank pulley that I need and my car is undriveable until I get the new one in. Anyone know what's going on with them? Is it related to the blizzard? Curious if anybody got a hold of them recently or they've gone dark.

Probably the storm. I heard there's a lot of snow up there.
