Anybody know what quality ADR has? I like these wheels and can get them for a good price.

The construction is cast, and they are heavy - if you're interested in a particular model give the factory a call and ask them the weight in the sizes you're after... you will probably change your mind 
depends what you are looking for... performance or looks...

I am familiar with the M-sports which is their most popular offering, BBS knock offs. Cheap, ok, to track on but heavier as mentioned. On average about 7-8-9lbs over a nicer forged aluminum depending.
For comparison a 18X7.5 M-Sport cast is 24.05 whereas a TE-37 forged aluminum would be 17.0, and a TE37 mag would be an inch larger and still just under 13. With wheels you really just get what you pay for, strength to weight.
Not sure if it still available from ADR but they had an RS Limited that was only 19.5
