I'm thinking about going to the GP with my kids, toddler age.

Can anyone who's gone in the past comment on which day might be best to go, Saturday or Sunday? Also, should I just get General Admission Tickets vs. Reserved Seating? I don't think they'll sit too long in reserved seating. If you've got parking advice, I'll take that too. Thanks!

Just to close this out... my boys had a great time at the race this weekend.

We went Saturday and the event really was family friendly, with indoor attractions for the kids. We ended up doing general admission because I didn't think they would sit in one place for long to watch the race. So we walked around to different viewing spots to see the Indy car practice runs, GT3 cup car qualifying, and Lemans race.

Parked in a city garage and walked 1/4 mile. We'll go again next year.
