That is the "Ackerman Angle" of the steering geometry. I believe almost all cars have this... it's just less obvious when you have fenders.
 
That car was SOOOOOO freaking loud when they drove it in..had the CRAZIEST TIME manuvering between the booths :biggrin: ... and you cna BARELY SEE the driver's face through the windows...but definitely VERY UNIQUE and COOL...
