Annoying Smear on windows

Anyone starting to have this smear on their windows when rolling down & back up?
What would be the cause?
This is getting to be very annoying especially after a good wash & detail then once windows get roll up/down, there it is.

I get a spot about the size of a thumbprint on driver's side, pretty much right in the middle of the glass. Is that what you're seeing?
