Anti-theft security code on OEM radio

Hello,

I will be picking up my "new to me" NSX later this week. I'm getting together the belongings of the Honda I'm trading in... along with those belongings is the Honda "Anti-Theft Radio Identification Card" with # codes to re-boot the radio after the battery power as been lost.

I have searched, but found no mention of this subject on NSX prime.

I just want to know, should I expect one when I pick up the car?

And is there's not an "anti-theft radio card'" what can I do?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Silverwing

There is no radio code for the NSX stereo. All you need to do is bring along a cassette tape and make sure the tape deck works.

THANK YOU Doc L.

Even my 2002 Honda CR-V had the anti-theft code numbers, but it didn't have the cassette feature:rolleyes:

Thanks again, now I'll look like less of a fool picking up my dream car...

Jeff

Don't laugh, but I brought a cassette to my test drive. Just in case I need to test the cassette player after a satisfactory test drive and inspection.
