I was doing a search on different types of exhausts and found many sound clips. Some of the Tubi clips were on the page as well as flowmaster etc. For some reason, the flowmaster sounds more appealing to me than the Tubi:confused: ... I know the flowmaster construction isnt very great and it can rust etc but to me it just sounds dam good! I just cant see myself saying " oh ya its a flowmaster" lol:D ..but then again, more expensive doesnt always mean better;)

ya I would have to hear it in person for sure. But from the sounds online, the flowmaster sounds really good. I've heard the Tubi on a F360 and well.. i almost wet my pants it sounded so good. I've also heard Borla on a NSX and it sounded great! But exhausts are just weird sometimes.. Some exhausts are better complemented via cats/no cats/ pipe work.

Thanks again CDub... ;)

You are quite welcome! I'm just happy that you are enjoying it like I did.

The pluses of this exhaust is that it give you the sound and loudness only when you want it. It purrs like a kitten when you drive around town, but opens up real nicely in WOT. And its workmanship is top notch too. It has the best looking tips too, IMO.

I had a few NSXers asked me what brand it was after they heard it in last year's autoX.

Good luck finding one though. If you couldn't find one, I think the Anytime exhaust is a close match.

You can hear my car on our website (www.mensilift.com/tubi) but you really have to hear it in person. BTW, I have tried very hard to get the factory to make a new production run without much success (they're too busy with Ferr/Lambo stuff and they make very little money on NSX units). I am now told they might do a run of 10-20 units if I give them the order. They also tell me the cost has gone up because of the $-Euro change of almost 30% since the last production run a year ago. So I expect price to go up to about $1800-1900. Email me privately if you're REALLY interested; maybe we'll take it to the next step.

Isnt Tubi actiually an Ferrari exhaust maker specialist ? :)

Well i saw some clips with F40 and 355, they really sound great.

The Tubi has a great sound to it, but don't expect it to sound just like that F360. Alot of that sound comes from the crank on that car.
I have one and love it, from the drivers seat it has a different sound than hearing it drive by.

You should hear it with headers and a bbsc. WOW!
Ferrari put Tubi on the map, but they make all kinds of exhaust 's for different cars.

Hi Tino
how are you?
What is the warranty on the Tubi?
If mine broke would I have to send it back to you or them?
I now have FI and hope it won't hurt it.
Later Brian.

I happen to think the Tubi'd NSX sounds just as good if not better than a tubi'd 360. The stock 360 sounds aweful and any exhaust makes it better. Unlike the NSX, the 360 has a great intake sound and that is a big part of it. Tubi has been very good and generous in honoring warranty claims in the past when there were additional units available. Now that there are none, the situation may be different or not as easy. Perhaps with a new quantity order, there will be no problems with claims. A few months ago, I did send them a second NSX exhaust to use for adjusting their jig to avoid the little problem we had with some of the 02-03 production run, so the next units (IF we get them) should be better; I've had mine on for 3 years now with no problems at all since day 1. I think quite a few people are running FI with a Tubi.
