Just throwing this out there...

Anyone skilled/experienced to do "major" wheel-repairs?

As-in: Advan AVS Model 5's (17x7, 17x9) with minor outer rim bend(s) and (likely) slightly center-bend at the hub, their rotational balance is off.

I've had the usual wheel repair/refurb services look at them and they generally don't do center-bend (per liability). They, and my local wheel guy say they can be fixed, some heat and skill.

pm kenwould....he had very good results from a company in California.

I had these guys repair a fairly bent rim on my 02 TL. The rims were the factory 17” with chrome plating.
I got the insurance company rate of $80, but depending on the repair effort, it can be far more expensive.
If you want, I’d be happy to reach out to them Osiris.

Several NSX owners out of state have used this company, it’s local to me.

I had a curb rash cnc'd at a local well reviewed shop. It was about $130.

Bent rim (due to pothole) they could not fix.
Appreciative of the recommendations, all duly noted & I'll get on it! Thanks, again...

Well, asking for a friend- so... :p
+1 for James @ Weldcraft! Have gone through him multiple times now for custom wheel resizing.
Great to hear of the positive multiple experiences! I'll reach-out, hoping James does center-bending/at-the-hub. Not FUBAR, but a wobble... :D
