Anyone know where to find a main relay?

My 95 NSX-T is having starting issues and I'm fairly sure it's the main relay.

PN 39400-SL0-A01

I placed an order at one of the online Acura parts outfit but it was just canceled, and other places have it as discontinued.

Anyone know where to get one? There's a used on on ebay but I'd like to buy new if possible.

So either of those would work? Confused because they say one is a "computer control relay" and the other is a "fuel pump/circuit opening relay."
