I emailed the seller and asked for a PPI and voiced my concern in even negotiating a price without knowing the condition of the car and the guy pretty much said, "I know what I have, this shit's no S2000, My business has been reviews of Yelp and the cars in good condition. Fly into town and take a look at it and you'll drive it home."
It also took him 3 pages of pontification to do so. And while his business is very well reviewed his business isn't selling cars.
