Looking at the weather, they say it's about a 40% chance of rain. I hope it's not going to rain.

Chris - How is the beltway paving coming along between 66 and 270? The last time I went through there, the transitions between the bridges were horrendous.

Great meeting you guys today. I forgot to bring a camera, if anybody has pictures I would love to see them. Hope we can do it again before it gets too cold out.

I had an issue that prevented me from making it - fortunately, the car is fine and no one crashed into me. Coming off the 66 offramp to 495, the rear tie-rod came disconnected (either a broken or loose bolt), whichever - the bolt is gone. The car started to spin sideways to the right, where I gave it a lot of throttle and counter-steered to the left.

I maintained control and worked my way carefully to the far left side of the road (driving slightly sideways). The car is safely home after a complicated tow - but she's home. The car is on stands in the garage and I should have this one fixed up fairly quick.

I think what we had about 12 NSXs, a bike, an Evo, and several other Acuras.
Food and beer were good too!
I just may have to host a football party at my house before the weather gets bad.

I'll make more jerk chicken.

Charley, you will have to come through with the strippers if I can get the wife away! :biggrin:
