Howdy
Purchased my 97 Monaco Blue CTSC NSX-T that came with a set of Avus 3 pc forged rims in place. My car is lowered though, and Spokane is notorious for it's potholes so I've decided to go less aggressive with a set of OZ 17/18s that I had left over from my 2001.
Soooooooooooooo,
Figured I post the Avus set & see if anyone is interested. Fronts are 18x8 & the rears are monsters - 19x10. Beautiful wheels except for one scuff on the rear that I just put there the other week (very annoying). I also note that there is a plug in one of the rear tires but it obviously holds air fine.
Tires are in great shape - Michelin Sport Pilots - probably 60% tread
Fronts are 225/35-18 & Rears are 275/30-19
My car is lowered about an inch or so & there was some light, non-damaging rubbing on the fronts at full lock (only at full). No rubbing on suspension rebound going over them damn potholes though
Don't really know what these are worth. If you have a 97-99 Monaco Blue NSX you are golden, but we already know only a few dozen of these were made. I guess since these are true 3-pc it wouldn't be a disaster disassembling them & painting whatever your heart's desire...
$1800 for set or best reasonable offer - I dropped price as most folks will want to re-paint the centers so this should help offset that cost
Local pickup in Spokane only : way too big & heavy to ship & too nice to trust to the UPS guy anyway
You can PM me or reply. Thanks for looking
Adding addl' pix as someone asked about the lip. It is 3.5" on the rear. Hope the mods don't delete this as I haven't figured out how to update or bump my post...
