B Pillar trim

I recently pulled my outside Bpillar covers off to get refinished. One of the weather strip pieces on one of them is separating. I'd like to replace the top and bottom strips while I have them off. But I can't seem to find a part # for them anywhere online. I'm guessing they are considered a piece of the cover itself as they seem to be glued on? Has anyone replaced these molding/seals? If so where could I source the parts new or used?

Bumping this up. Does any one know if there is a part number or substitute for the b pillar rubber trim / weather stripping?
