I put a fresh set of Yoko HO's on the rear. Since I don't drive the car hard I would have rather put a harder, longer lasting compound on, but I did not want mis-matched fronts and rears.
I got the tire from Tire Rack, and had them installed and the wheels aligned at Performance Automotive in Malvern, PA. They are great to work with, and specialize in Porsches and other exotics. They are 50 minutes from my house, but because of the quality of their work I choose to use them. That should say enough about them.
