Bad Houston Dealers?

Gillman Acura on the north side wanted $1795 for parts that list at $1569, and $1428 for 7-8 hours of labor to install them. Is that BS or is that BS? I guess all dealerships are nightmares to deal with but that just seemed particularly outrageous. Anyone have similar experiences there?

Nah I thought that but I just figured if he was going to feed me that BS I'd let him think he could and then see if others had the same experience here. I did spread the word to others that gratuitous overcharging is probably a habitual thing from them. I won't even call them for a quote next time, what a waste of time.
