I bought my complete front and rear for $3400 shipped!!!
They usually sell used ones for $3200 .
so buying brand new for that price is worth it.

3400 includes the handbrake?
No way it includes the handbrake. That has to be some wholesale pricing as it is at $3400. I think around $4500 is normal online pricing for front and back stoptech.

I know some people were having e brake issues with Stoptech and brembo not locking all the way.
If you do buy and install the e brake. Make sure to leave pads to the rotor 1mm apart.
I have no issues with the e brake or the brake kit.
FWIW, the Stoptech BBK is a good kit (I ran the kit on my track oriented NSX for many years), keep in mind front caliper clearance issues with the wheel spokes.
I highly suggest printing out the caliper clearance template to make sure that your current wheels will clear the caliper. I had to run spacers in some wheels to get enough front caliper clearance, thus requiring the replacement of the wheel studs. Also ran into problems with fender clearance issues when running tires wider than 215's on a 17 inch wheel, in other words 235 wide tires on a 17x8 wheel would rub.
Adjusting the e-brake was a total PITA.
