Blower Unit Removal-Advice needed

Hi All,

I'm removing my blower unit to trouble shoot a balky recirculation motor (it is clicking when I press the recirculation button on the CCU, and Brian K has already repaired the CCU itself).

Two questions:

Will I need to replace any sort of foam or rubber seal when I remove or reinstall the blower unit?

If so, what kind of foam should I use?

The removal itself looks straight forward, but I know that different parts of the HVAC have foam that wears out over time. Not sure if the blower unit is one of them.

If you're careful and the seal is in relatively good shape, you'll probably be OK. I've had mine off twice with no damage.
