Brake Lights illuminating stuck on

I just charged up my dead battery on my X after it died since I last drove it over 4 weeks ago and my brake lights are on as if i were pressing the brakes? I tried pullin gout the relay up fron and the fuse but the problem still exist Can anyone help? Suggestions?

It's a $5 part. Brake switch located down by the pedals. Had the same issue a month ago, it killed my battery too.
