CA approved catalytic converters bolt on

Hello NSX Prime,
I have been told that the two companies that made bolt on coverters, DEC and Benchmark CARB approval have been revoked. Does anyone know any other companies that have CARB approved converters?

Thanks for the replies. If the Cat is not a oem fit, does the cat have to be welded on or can brackets be made to bolt on? I really do not want to cut up my muffler.
