Excellent!

Just proves you don't need invisible cars, space stations, gadgets from a Sat morning cartoon to make a great Bond movie.

Connery will always have a special place as Bond, but Daniel Craig is the best since. Eva Green is one of the best Bond girls too!

Looking forward to see it as well. For what it's worth the last few Bond films to me were nothing more than shamless product plugs. BMW this, Aston That, so and so watch, etc etc. They spent more money on product placement than they did on story writing. But thats just my 2 cents.

I think Ford was about the only SHAMELESS plug in the new one. Craig ROCKS as the new Bond. Much more "manly" than Brosnan. The action was less hokey, too, and the storeyline wasn't swiss cheese like the last few. WELL worth the movie money!

I'm really pumped up and ready for this movie to say the least :)

Fancy fast cars, gadgets, beautiful women and lots of class - the formula never goes wrong.

It was a pretty good movie until the ending. Which was like a TV show. I won't ruin it for anyone who's not seen it. Definitely an edgier more kick ass takes names later type Bond. He is more of a raw rough around the edges type bond than I'm use to. A little harder than Brosnan when he first appeared in Goldeneye. Good movie and I wasn't disappointed after leaving the theatre unlike some movies where you wish you had your money and lost time back.

no spoilers please!!!!

he should have dyed his hair - bond is dark, not a blonde. Other than that i *really* hope this a good film because the last two were lame-o.... Madonna - one of Bond's former girls? What were they thinking???? <IMG SRC="http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/wuerg/vomit-smiley-011.gif"> Things can only improve. :D

I'm gonna prove somebody wrong tomorrow in the office for saying Craig can't make it as a Bond. Btw just watch it today about 2.5 hours long. As much as I've watch Bond movies I'd say this one is more action pack, better than Mission Impossible.

Also love the ball scratching part.

I thought Roger Moore is also blonde Bond.

i sorta gave up on the james bond movie franchise a few movies back... but based on a lot of the stuff i'm reading and hearing... sounds like this ones worth checking out....

Yeah, check it out. I think you'll be pleased.

If you hated the older Batman movies (Clooney) and liked Batman Begins, the difference is similar with the new Bond.

The whole "blond" thing is really a non-issue. He's not really blond anyway, more med brown.

Yeah, but he still has that "other" car.

AWSOME movie... to bad we get to see so little of the astin martin before.... well il let you see what happenes:wink:

After protesting Craig for many months, I ended up liking the film and must admit he wasn't half bad as Bond. I think we car nuts will all agree which scene features the most brutal death in the movie.

I just saw it and I liked it. As for no "shameless plugs" are you freaking kidding? That movie was a giant SONY ad. Everytime you looked at something it was SONY. It was annoying.

Other than that, I thought it was great.

This was actually one of the best Bond movies in the past ten years. The stunts were well executed and not too far fetched. I think Daniel Craig is going to be around for a few more Bond movies.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

my wife and i saw it on thanksgiving day and really enjoyed it... the right amount of action, good (not great, but good) acting and the best visual reason to stay away from woven chairs that i've ever seen.

not a f-i-l-m (pronounced fill-ummm), but a very good and entertaining movie.

I was actually disappointed by the lack of Sony product placement in the movie. I am still waiting for Bond to hack a PSP to tap into the PlayStation 3 that the villain was using to take over the world. A missed opportunity!
