I just got my car back from the shop was getting some oil leaks fixed and the trunk shocks replaces, on the way home I noticed my CD changer wasnt coming up as an option anymore only AM and FM, I tried to eject the CD book out of the changer and nothing happened, also my radio station presets wont stay if the car is turned off and also the clock is now blank, what did these guys do to my car? Anyone know of anything I might be able to do to fix it or should I bring it back to the shop and ask them what happened?

Fuse OK?

I've had a similar problem recently and in the course of the advice I received it was suggested that I check the fuse under the hood that protects the clock circuit - as, on US cars, it also protects the CD player. If the CD player has vanished off the head unit radar screen and won't eject discs, it's lost power.

Didn't solve MY problem, but it might solve yours :)
