CEL conncetor

Hello,

It is time again when my speedo is jumping up and down all over its place and I am guessing its time to replace the VSS again. One thing that puzzles me is that this time the check engine lights didnt light up. My first suspicion is that the connector to the CEL is disconnected. I have tried searching for it (both physically and on the net) but I just couldnt find where it is. Can anybody tell me where it is? Pics will grreeattttt.

Additionally, assuming that the connector is not the problem, what will you guys look for to remedy this issue (CEL do not light up).

Thx NSZ3tek. But my query is more towards where the CEL light connector is. I have reasons to believe that somebody (workshop) disconnected it when they installed my titanium exhaust. There are no CEL lights even when my speedo is jumping up and down...
