Lens has no cracks at all and visually looks great. Surface has very light scratches typical of a used tail light piece...not noticeable at all on car and probably not even noticeable in the photos. All metal studs are in tact however as you can see their connection points to the rear plastic housing have all been reinforced and repaired. It is common for this area to crack, so filled with industrial epoxy and painted black. Again, not noticeable nor visible at all once installed on car.
Included in this listing is a reverse-stick black vinyl "NSX" applied just like the oem "ACURA" lettering that is the exact same height as the oem lettering. If you've ever wanted the rear of your car to actually say "NSX" this is a great way to do it that looks OEM. See this thread on how to separate the lens.

Here's how it looks on my car. (Note: Many aftermarket "NSX" stickers are not true to the original "NSX" lettering in that they are missing the subtle curves at the top and bottom of the diagonal stroke of the letter "N" and the width of the "S" at the curves is supposed to be thicker. This sticker is identical and true to the official "NSX" lettering.)
