Comptech Pro Suspension Settings

Just wondering for the people who own these coilovers , what bump/rebound/dampening settings you use for track purposes front and rear .

My track setting was 6/6 front and rear. My compromise setting was to leave the Comp at 4 and set the rebound at 2 for the street and then bump it up to 6 at the track so 6/4. As you know switching the Comp is a PITA.
