Confusd about SOLARIS SILVER color

Hi all,
So I have to repair my 94-97 NSX wheels and I searched in this forum and I got the following code:

'94-'96 NSX: SOLARIS SILVER (gunmetal gray color: NH-536M)


Which should look like this:

My problem comes when the wheel repair shop did a test with the color code and they got the following:

As you can see the paint has some kind of glitter. Is this normal?
 
The "M" in the paint code indicates that the color is a metallic. This means there are flakes of metal in the paint, which give it the glitter effect. If you look closely at your wheels, you will see the flake in the color (I see it in the center caps). If you don't see it- they might have been repainted in the past with the wrong color.

I would PM pbassjo. He has done some work matching the factory Solaris color and IIRC there is a way to adjust the shade within that color code to get a perfect match.
