dali racing red coolant tank...need help

hey guys, i just bought this as an upgrade. as you know, there are two openings on the tank that is painted in RED and i couldn't figure out where they go. everything else, i pretty much know where they hook up to.

tks for any advice. if someone have any pics of it installed, kindly post it.
