I am not sure what its called but the airvent just behind the glass rear window that goes into the engine bay. I want to find that in carbon fiber.. I think it would look really nice but I cant find anyone who makes one but I swear I saw one once while looking through nsx pictures on the informational superhighway. Thanks

I believe I saw this on Alex Farrington's car. He found a vendor who dipped parts into a liquid bath and was able to apply various faux finishes that looked real. There was no value other than cosmetic.
Another way to achieve this is to wrap the OEM plastic part in carbon. The value would be purely cosmetic per above but if done right it would look terrific. There is a web site somewhere about home-spun carbon techniques including this one. The one with the twin turbo V6 Datsun 510.
