I have an 95 nsx, and right now most people are running 17's in front and 18's in back...

Is it ok to run 18's all around???
18x8 front and 18x10 rear 215/35 and 265/35/18's???

What will happen? will the traction control not work correct or something?

Your car will look goofy.

anyone want to give me a serious answer haha... how would the car look goofy over 1" of rim especially after goin from 40/17 series to 35/18???

Personally, I find that staggered wheel diameters (such as 17"/18") look better than same-diameter wheels (18"/18"). Because the NSX needs larger rear tires than front tires (in terms of outer diameter), using the same diameter wheels makes the car look unbalanced, because then the front sidewalls are so much shorter than the rears. But looks can be a matter of personal taste.

The more practical benefit of 17"/18" over 18"/18" is that there are far more choices in high-performance tires in 215/40-17 than there are in 215/35-18.

Yes, the biggest problem is the lack of good tires in 215/35/18 - you are pretty much stuck with Goodyear F1 Asymmetric, pirelli nero, BFG KDW, and maybe one or two more but none of them are as good as what you can buy in a 17" front.

Im in the same boat as you lol. Already having a 17/17 set up stock, I dont see going 18/19 although that seems to be what everyone else has. I think if my car was already 16/17 I could do it but being even now I think I want to stay even. A few people on here have done 18/18 and I dont think it looks too horribly bad, depending on you tire size, that is a 225 in front and 255 in back.

I have a '95 that's had some suspension mods (a little too much maybe) with 215/35 x 18 front and 275/30 x 19 rear. I don't know how 18/18 would look.

I am severely limited in tire choice, and since the car has been lowered, some tires rub and some brands don't.

Looks great though.

Not true. The most common wheels are the stock wheels for whatever year NSX. Among those with aftermarket wheels, the most common fitment is 17" front, 18" rear.

If you get 18" fronts, get 215/35-18 tires. Anything wider will rub. In the rear, you need to get at least 265/35-18. (255/35-18 is a good choice for 18" rears to go with 17" fronts, on a '94 or later NSX. But not with 18" fronts.)

I'm running 18 front and back and have no issues what so ever. Yes I would prefer the 17 & 18 look, but I found these wheels that I've loved for years at the perfect offset that I couldn't pass on...

18/18 has a good look to it. I actually think from some angles staggered diameter looks silly. I have had two set of wheels that were 17/18, different set on each of my NSXs and thought the rear looked to big sometimes to be aesthetically balanced.
I like my black wheels (17/18) more because its hard for my eye to catch on to the wheel size difference. IMHO 19" wheels are common and lip has become an obsolete obsession. Soon, cell phones will be so small that anybody will be able to rest one on there wheel lip..hehe.
Everybody has there own taste and reason why they choose what they do. Im sure my car is hideous to some. Just keep that TCS happy and go for the 18" all around if thats what you like.
